The friendliness of everyone makes you feel welcome and comfortable. The provision of refreshments was excellent but portions too large. Lots of waste food! I cannot think of anything negative or that needs changing.

Everything they did was brilliant. Quick to respond, stayed and sat with us to support us, which was good as its very scary as a relative t know what to expect.
